I was asked just to name the most important part of creating a transformative book that would also sell.

Content (70% of success – deserves hours of strategy)
Imprint (publishing company name)
Interior look and feel
Tips, top 10s, anything the media can easily use

If you need help with these things – this is what publishing strategists like me, do. I’m not too much into marketing after the fact because if you don’t get these things right, you’ve got very little chance of selling books and getting your message out.
